Yard Rules…yes, we gotta have them!

    1. Membership is required. Tucker’s Tap Yard (TTY) is used only by its members, their dogs and their guests.

    2. The signed “Membership Terms and Conditions/Waiver and Release of Liability Agreement” releases TTY from any liability to our customers, their dog(s), or anybody accompanying them, and applies to all visits to the facility for the duration of your membership.

    3. TTY reserves the right to refuse alcohol service to anyone without proof that they are at least 21 years of age or that appear to be inebriated.

    4. No one under the age of 16 is allowed at TTY.

    5. TTY is not responsible for any injury, illness, or damage caused on our premises, and all members are legally and financially responsible for their dog(s) and guests.

    6. TTY may close in cases of severe weather or when emergency maintenance is required. Additionally, the hours may vary due to special events. In all cases, TTY reserves the right to close the facility or amend its hours of operation at any time without notice; however, TTY will endeavor to notify its members via our website, social media, and/or email.

    7. Participation at TTY is voluntary and at your own risk. We reserve the right to temporarily remove or permanently restrict any person or dog(s) from the premises for behavior that is potentially harmful to our customers, staff, or other dogs. It is your sole responsibility to ensure the safety of your dog(s), your guests, and yourself. Your membership may be suspended or revoked at any time if it is found that you have jeopardized the safe.

    8. Maximum 2 dogs per member.

    9. No outside dog toys are permitted.

    10. Failure to comply with any TTY rules or policies may result in revocation of membership.

    1. Members must check in with staff prior to entering TTY.

    2. Members must be at least 21 years of age. Guests must be at least 16 years of age. Members are solely responsible for their guests. (NO HUMANS UNDER AGE 16 ALLOWED, INCLUDING BABIES)

    3. Members must be attentive to their dog(s) and keep them under control at all times. At no point may a member leave TTY without their dog. This will result in immediate revocation of membership.

    4. Members must retain possession of their harnesses and leashes. TTY is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen personal items at any time.

    5. Members must clean up after their dog(s). All waste must be bagged and disposed of properly in the marked receptacles.

    6. No outside dog food or treats are allowed. No feeding of dogs is allowed at any time.

    7. Human food may be brought into TTY and consumed as long as it is kept away from the dogs.

    8. Beverages purchased at the bar are permitted in the off-leash areas, but we ask that you please remain responsible for your drink and the safety of it while the dogs are playing. Outside drinks are not permitted, including but not limited to water bottles.

    9. No glass of any kind allowed.

    10. No smoking or vaping on premises.

    1. Dogs must be current on vaccinations including DHPP/DAPP, Bordetella, and Rabies. Dog parents must provide vaccination documentation to TTY in order to be granted a TTY membership.

    2. Puppies must be older than 4 months of age and must show that they are current on puppy vaccinations. Members with puppies should utilize the small dog area and stay with them at all times.

    3. Dogs over 1 year old MUST be spayed or neutered to enter TTY. No dog will be permitted while in heat. Any dogs seen to be repeatedly mounting may be asked to leave.

    4. Off-leash areas are clearly marked. Dogs must be on-leash unless they are in the off-leash areas. Dogs must be off-leash while in the off-leash areas.

    5. Only flat, quick release collars should be worn. No muzzles, gentle leaders, harnesses, prong, pinch, choke and electric collars may be worn at TTY.

    6. Dogs should be free of fleas and ticks.

    1. By entering TTY, you permit TTY staff to physically handle your dog if necessary to break up any fights that may occur. TTY will utilize trained staff to help mitigate safety risks; however, each member is solely responsible for their and their dog’s actions and assumes all liability for damages suffered by any person or dog injured by the member or the member’s dog(s) while at TTY.

    2. All dogs must be well behaved, friendly, socialized and comfortable around all types of other dogs in an off-leash environment. Aggressive or bullying behavior will not be tolerated. If these behaviors are observed, immediate action will be taken. TTY staff will do whatever is necessary to prevent the behavior from reoccurring. If aggressive behavior persists, TTY staff reserve the right to ask the member to take the dog for a time-out, or the member may be asked to remove the dog(s) from the premises. Memberships will not be refunded.

    3. Rough play among dogs is acceptable as long as it is consensual. Rough play is not accepted if the dogs involved aren’t comfortable with the situation. If the behavior continues, the dog may need to be removed from TTY.

    4. Constant dog barking can be disruptive. Please keep your dog’s barking under control as much as possible.

 
 

Yard FAQ’s

  • Membership allows us to create a community of like-minded, responsible dog lovers by making sure all the pups are properly vaccinated and socialized. It is our priority to maintain an environment that is fun, safe and clean for all dogs and humans.

  • Dog owners/primary members must be 21 years of age. Members can bring up to 2 guests that are at least 16 years of age.

  • The short answer is “yes”, but we strongly recommend registering online prior to coming to ensure an efficient entry. You can register yourself, your dog(s), upload vaccine records, sign our liability waiver and purchase a membership. When you arrive, just check in and let the fun begin!

    If you do not sign-up using our online portal, please bring copies of your dog’s vaccine records with you or email them to tucker@tuckerstapyard.com. Our staff will help you register, enter vaccine records, and have you sign our liability waiver.

  • Daily Membership: $11 on weekdays, $13 on weekends for Saturday and Sunday (+$5 per additional dog, 2 dogs per human max)

    Monthly Pass: $38 (+$17 per additional dog, 2 dogs per human max)

    Annual Pass: $385 (+$165 per additional dog, 2 dogs per human max)

  • Yes! All dog-loving humans are welcome. Non-dog owners must be 21 years of age or older and must sign a waiver.

  • • Dogs must be current on vaccinations including DHPP or DAPP (Distemper, Parvo), Bordetella, and Rabies. Dog parents must provide vaccination documentation in order to be granted membership.

    • Puppies must be older than 4 months of age and must show that they are current on vaccinations.

    • Dogs over 1 year old must be spayed or neutered. No dog will be permitted while in heat. Any dogs seen to be repeatedly mounting may be asked to leave.

    • Dogs should be free from fleas & ticks.

    • Dogs must be friendly to other dogs and humans.

    • Dogs must wear a flat quick-release collar (no prong, pinch, electric, chain, or choke collars)

    • Bullying, cornering, fighting, excessive snarling, mounting, biting, or excessive barking will not be permitted. Guests will be asked to leave with no refunds on membership.

  • Yes. There is indoor and outdoor space designated for dogs 25 pounds and under. Larger dogs may be permitted at the discretion of the Yard Rangers.

  • Yes. Our trained Yard Rangers will monitor dog and human behavior. Dog owners are also required to monitor their dogs while on property.

  • Yes, each owner is ultimately responsible for their dog while in the yard. This includes watching their dog's behavior and interaction with the other dogs and guests, picking up their dog's poop and cleaning the area. Please refer to posted signage on our clean-up process. All supplies and equipment are provided. Remember, our ultimate goal is to provide a clean and healthy environment for all dogs and humans!

  • No toys or treats are allowed unless you have rented the private party space.

  • Although no food will be offered by Tucker’s Tap Yard, we plan to have rotating local food trucks and you may bring in take-out food. Check out our events page and follow us on social media to stay up-to-date on our food truck schedule.

  • Food can be brought in and eaten in designated areas but drinks must be purchased. Never give any food to your dog or any others.

    NO GLASS ALLOWED.

  • Yes. Our “Paint Booth” area can be reserved for private functions. All membership rules still apply.
